HR Assistant

We're looking for a creative and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team in Kyiv. This is NOT a recruiting position — you'll be working on diverse HR initiatives and special projects that keep the team dynamic and engaged.

• •Execute special HRD missions and projects
• •Manage diplomatic relations with outsourcing companies
• •Support candidates through security clearance stages
• •Build relationships and develop the company's HR brand reputation
• •Attend industry meetups, conferences, and networking events in the affiliate marketing and tech sectors
• •Network and gather insights to strengthen team connections and market presence
