• •Scale profitable campaigns across Tier 1, 2, and 3 geographic targets
• •Manage and optimize large budgets with focus on maximizing profit margins
• •Develop and maintain your own traffic sources and partnership connections
• •Collaborate with design and technical teams for day-to-day campaign improvements
• •Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• •Build and nurture long-term relationships with media partners

• •Middle or Senior level experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• •Proven expertise in crypto and/or gambling verticals
• •Real case studies and working media connections demonstrating success
• •Profit-focused mindset with strong analytical skills
• •Experience scaling large budgets without hesitation
• •Understanding of arbitrage and performance marketing fundamentals
• •No experience from RU region (geos: T1, T2, T3 only)
