• •Create high-quality, eye-catching creatives based on buyer requests
• •Design dynamic static and video content (MP4) optimized for social media conversion
• •Develop creative solutions with and without detailed briefs
• •Collaborate with the media buying team to support mutual growth

• •Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• •Ability to create bright, dynamic creatives from scratch that convert on social networks (both static images and MP4 videos)
• •Strong creative thinking and ability to work independently
• •Team collaboration experience (significant plus)
• •Attention to detail and stress resistance
• •Experience with Midjourney (great advantage)
