About Us
We are a powerful media buying team and true professionals in crypto vertical marketing. Due to our growth, we are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
- •Create high-quality, dynamic creative content based on media buyers' requirements
- •Develop eye-catching static and MP4 video creatives optimized for social media conversion
- •Work independently and creatively, including projects without detailed briefs
- •Collaborate with our media buying team to support mutual growth and campaign success
Requirements
- •Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- •Ability to create bright, dynamic creatives from scratch that convert well on social networks (both static and video formats)
- •Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Team collaboration experience is a major plus
- •Attention to detail, patience, and stress resilience
- •Experience with Midjourney is a significant advantage
