Motion Designer

We are a powerful media buying team with true marketing professionals specializing in the crypto vertical. Due to our growth, we are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our ranks.

• •Create outstanding creative assets on demand from media buyers that drive our mutual growth
• •Develop bright, dynamic creatives from scratch that convert on social networks (static images and MP4 videos)
• •Work collaboratively with the media buying team to produce high-quality visual content
• •Demonstrate creativity and ability to work effectively with and without detailed briefs

• •Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• •Ability to create bright, dynamic, converting creatives from zero (both static and video formats)
• •Strong creative thinking and ability to work independently without detailed technical specifications
• •Team collaboration experience is a major plus
• •Patience and stress resilience
• •Experience with Midjourney is a significant advantage
