Motion Designer

We are seeking an experienced Motion Designer with expertise in the crypto industry who understands the specifics of the vertical, feels conversion metrics, and can create creatives that truly resonate with audiences.

• •Understanding of composition, editing rules, rhythm, color, and sound
• •Experience working in crypto vertical — mandatory
• •Creative thinking and ability to work with trigger creatives
• •Understanding of advertising platform restrictions and ability to navigate them

• •Create static and dynamic creatives for Facebook, Google, and other platforms
• •Develop deepfake creatives (static and video) for chargeback direction
• •Create creatives for internal teams
• •Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
• •Develop visuals and web design for landing pages
• •Analyze trends, connections, and approaches in crypto chargeback
• •Optimize processes using AI and neural networks
