• •Create the most impressive creative assets based on buyer requests
• •Develop bright, dynamic creatives from scratch that convert in social networks (both static and mp4 formats)
• •Work collaboratively with the media buying team to support mutual growth
• •Produce engaging visual content that drives campaign performance

• •Practical experience working with Adobe PS, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects
• •Ability to create bright, dynamic creatives from zero that convert in social networks (static and mp4)
• •Creative mindset and ability to work without detailed technical specifications
• •Team collaboration experience is a huge plus
• •Dedication and stress resistance
• •Experience with Midjourney is a significant advantage
