Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about moving tasks to "DONE" and driving projects forward. You will serve as the operational backbone of our organization, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

• •2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (relevant case studies considered for less experienced candidates)
• •Ideally, experience in marketing or affiliate marketing
• •Excellent communicator: skilled at negotiating, pushing initiatives, reminding, and building rapport with anyone
• •Proactive problem-solver who finds ways to reach people and maintain accountability
• •Detail-oriented with a passion for closed tasks and moving projects forward
• •Proficient with project management tools: Asana, Trello, or Jira
• •Ability to gather updates from multiple teams and transform them into clear, understandable reports

**Project & Task Management:**

• •Receive tasks and objectives from CEO
• •Develop and formalize implementation plans collaboratively
• •Coordinate executors, manage deadlines, and ensure quality results
• •Act as the communication bridge between departments

**Operational Support for CEO:**

• •Assist in organizing business processes
• •Monitor task execution across different departments
• •Maintain oversight of ongoing initiatives
