Support Manager

We are a growing media buying and advertising infrastructure company specializing in Meta (Facebook) advertising solutions. Our team manages complex agency account structures and serves multiple buyers with high-volume campaign management needs.

• •Provide timely allocation of new advertising accounts (ad cabinets) to media buyers without delays
• •Unblock or quickly replace compromised ad accounts to maintain campaign continuity
• •Coordinate with sellers on technical implementations: adding payment methods, removing unnecessary expenses, installing tracking pixels, and managing conversion tokens
• •Monitor account balances, manage spending limits, and ensure timely account replenishment
• •Research and test new Meta agency partners to expand the pool of available solutions
• •Conduct quality control monitoring to ensure agencies operate correctly and maintain agreed SLA standards

• •Proven experience working with Facebook (Meta) agency accounts — mandatory
• •Technical understanding of ad account infrastructure: pixels, conversion API, tracking structures, and account hierarchy
• •Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• •Systematic approach with attention to detail regarding metrics and reports
• •Strong negotiation and communication skills with external contractors (sellers, agency support teams)
• •Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to handle technical issues quickly
