Position Overview
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can not just fill vacancies, but attract strong people to our high-performance environment.
Your Responsibilities
- •Full-cycle recruitment: from brief to offer
- •Close key roles: Media Buyer, Team Lead, BizDev, Support, Affiliate, Motion Designer, PHP Developer, and more
- •Active sourcing (LinkedIn, Telegram, professional chats, networking)
- •Build and develop employer brand in the affiliate marketing niche
- •Collaborate with hiring managers
- •Analytics and reporting on recruitment activities
- •Participate in team scaling and process optimization

- •Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (affiliate/iGaming/crypto is a big plus)
- •Understanding of roles in affiliate marketing or ability to learn quickly
