• •Full-cycle recruitment: from brief to offer
• •Close key roles: Media Buyer, Team Lead, BizDev, Support, Affiliate, Motion Designer, PHP Developer, and more
• •Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, industry chats, and networking
• •Build and develop employer brand within the affiliate marketing niche
• •Work with hiring managers
• •Conduct analytics and report on recruitment performance
• •Participate in team scaling and process optimization

• •Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (affiliate/iGaming/crypto is a major plus)
• •Understanding of affiliate marketing roles or ability to quickly learn the industry
• •Results-driven mindset
• •Strong communication skills and genuine drive
