• •Build and develop employer brand within the affiliate marketing niche
• •Collaborate with hiring managers
• •Analytics and reporting on recruitment activities
• •Participate in team scaling and process optimization

• •Recruitment or talent acquisition experience (affiliate, iGaming, or crypto background is a major plus)
• •Understanding of affiliate marketing roles or ability to quickly learn
• •Results-driven approach
• •Strong communication skills and genuine motivation
