Team Lead Media Buyer

G7Solution is a media buying team of a licensed online broker operating on the market since 2020. We work with Tier-1 countries (UK, EU, etc.), Eastern Europe, and markets in Asia and LATAM. The company has 70+ team members with dedicated departments for design, media buying, technical support, farming, and HR.

• •Manage a team of Facebook media buyers: set tasks, control KPIs, conduct regular syncs and 1:1 meetings
• •Monitor key metrics (spend, CPL, lead quality) and create plan/fact reporting
• •Analyze results, generate hypotheses, and control their testing and scaling
• •Interact with technical department, design team, and farming team to ensure stable operations
• •Manage caps, plan volumes, and balance traffic quality and quantity

• •2+ years of experience as Team Lead Media Buyer in Crypto/Finance/FinTech niches
• •Strong experience managing Facebook media buyer teams (minimum 4 people)
• •Experience working with caps, volume planning, and balancing quality/quantity of traffic
• •Proven ability to manage KPIs and generate actionable insights
• •Communication and team management skills
