Team Lead Media Buying

### Your Responsibilities as Team Lead:

• •Scale the team and metrics — you'll be a core figure in the operation
• •Lead-generation work: discover new GEOs, traffic sources, and partnerships; test innovative approaches
• •Campaign optimization: from testing to scaling, from Tier-3 to Tier-1 GEOs
• •Identify innovative solutions and adapt to market changes
• •Full-cycle campaign management and strategic planning

### Media Buyer Responsibilities (if applicable):

• •Launch and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other traffic sources
• •Analyze targeting, creatives, and key metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI)
• •Participate in A/B tests and new approaches with the Team Lead
• •Grow in an environment of autonomy and support

### Requirements for Team Lead:

• •1+ years of experience in crypto media buying at Team Lead level in crypto vertical (Facebook/Google)
• •Full-cycle launch control confidence — from idea to scale
• •Analytical mindset — data-driven decisions, no guessing
• •Independence — minimal oversight, maximum trust
• •Technical expertise in media buying platforms and optimization

### Requirements for Media Buyer:

• •6+ months experience with crypto traffic
• •Ability to launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns
• •Desire to grow alongside an experienced Team Lead
