Team Lead of Affiliate Gambling

• •Manage affiliate team, train junior specialists, and create an effective work environment
• •Retain and scale connected webmasters and partners
• •Integrate products, communicate with partner networks, webmasters, and direct advertisers
• •Participate in developing and implementing affiliate program promotion strategy
• •Scale sales and test new approaches for working with different GEOs
• •Develop solutions for automating affiliate marketing processes

• •2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the Gambling vertical
• •1+ year of affiliate team management experience
• •Deep understanding of affiliate marketing specifics: CPC, CPM, CPA, revshare models
• •Experience with tracking systems and analytical tools
• •Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve complex problems
• •Responsibility, initiative, and readiness for new challenges

• •Working hours: 10:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
