Team Lead of Farm Google

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of Farm Google who will become a key figure in our team and help build an effective farming department.

• •Manage a team of farmers: task assignment, performance control, and results evaluation
• •Develop and implement farming strategies for Google accounts
• •Ensure account preparation, pre-farming, and ongoing support
• •Work with large volumes of accounts, ensuring their stable operation
• •Collaborate with media buying departments to fulfill their account acquisition needs
• •Optimize farming processes and implement new approaches to increase efficiency

• •Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position
