Team Lead of Media Buying

### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our in-house media buying operations in the crypto and FX verticals. You will lead a team of strong buyers, oversee campaign performance, and scale operations while maintaining traffic quality.

### Requirements

• •2+ years of experience in crypto vertical or FB/Google media buying
• •1+ year of experience in a Team Lead position
• •Proven ability to manage daily spends exceeding $10,000 per buyer
• •Expertise in scaling volume while maintaining conversion rates
• •Strong analytical skills for team performance evaluation
• •Focus on both volume and traffic quality metrics
