Tech Lead (Infra / DevOps / Anti-Abuse)

We are an SEO team operating in grey crypto niches. We work with website networks, traffic distribution systems (TDS), and anti-abuse infrastructure.

We are seeking a Tech Lead to take full ownership of the technical infrastructure block. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling systems that handle grey traffic distribution, DDoS protection, and abuse prevention.

### 1. Infrastructure Architecture

• •Reproduce and develop existing setup (nginx, cloaking, edge-filtering)
• •nginx configuration (vhosts, proxy, redirect chains, conditional routing)
• •Backend detection (checking.php)
• •Cloaking system management:
• •IP / ASN / UA filtering
• •Behavioral logic implementation
• •Bot and checker redirection to dead pages
• •Header manipulation

### 2. Edge & Cloud Management

• •Cloudflare configuration and optimization:
• •DNS setup
• •CDN configuration
• •WAF (Web Application Firewall)
• •Bot Management
• •Firewall rules and rate-limiting
• •TTL and propagation control
• •Edge filtering setup

### 3. TDS / Traffic Routing

• •Keitaro TDS management (mandatory understanding of logic)
• •Domain proxy configuration
• •Traffic flows and split-testing
• •Redirect leak control
• •TDS log analysis

### 4. Anti-DDoS Protection

• •Rate-limiting configuration
• •Origin server protection
• •fail2ban setup
• •Basic iptables rules
• •L7 attack understanding
• •Downtime minimization

### 5. Server Management

• •Linux (Ubuntu / Debian) administration
• •SSH configuration
• •Environment setup
• •Resource management
• •Logging and monitoring

### 6. Automation

• •Deployment scripts
• •nginx configuration templates
• •Mass domain and website deployment
• •Process automation for team
• •Manual operation elimination

• •Production experience in grey traffic / arbitrage / SEO infrastructure (preferred)
• •Ability to read and fix existing configurations
