TikTok Media Buyer / Team Lead

DMND (DIAMOND) is a crypto-focused company looking to build and scale their TikTok advertising department. They are seeking experienced professionals to lead and expand their media buying operations with a data-driven approach.

• •Manage TikTok media buying team: planning, control, analytics, and scaling based on data insights rather than intuition (for team lead position)
• •Launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns with focus on profitable scaling
• •Research and scale profitable ad connections and partnerships
• •Test offers, geos, approaches, and creative strategies to maximize performance
• •Monitor and optimize daily spend and ROI with emphasis on traffic quality
• •Build and develop TikTok advertising department from scratch

• •Minimum 1+ year of experience in similar role, preferably in crypto vertical (experience in other verticals considered on individual basis)
• •Solid understanding of TikTok Ads platform and ability to work with Tier-1 GEOs
• •Proven track record managing daily spend of $1-2k+
• •Willingness to scale expertise and build TikTok department from ground zero
• •Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns systematically
