YouTube Strategist
About the Role
We are looking for a YouTube Strategist to develop and implement effective content strategies for our channel. Your primary focus will be on continuous improvement and incremental growth through content optimization.
Responsibilities
- •Develop YouTube channel strategy with focus on incremental content improvement
- •Analyze video performance metrics and audience engagement data
- •Plan and oversee video production with quality enhancement focus
- •Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach
- •Monitor competitor channels and industry trends
- •Create content calendars and manage publishing schedules
- •Collaborate with content creators and production teams
- •Report on channel growth metrics and KPIs
Requirements
- •Proven experience managing YouTube channels or similar video platforms
- •Understanding of YouTube algorithm and SEO best practices
- •Analytical skills with ability to interpret metrics and data
- •Strong communication and project management abilities
- •Creative thinking with focus on continuous improvement
- •Experience with video content creation or production
