Affiliate Manager / BizDev

We are a strong crypto affiliate team with clear structure and proven results. Our core includes Sales, Team Lead, Head, Technical Department, and Financial Department. The team generates $80–90k monthly profit plus additional income from databases.

• •Purchase or sell and optimize traffic
• •Manage partner relationships and communications with clients
• •Work with various traffic sources and geographic regions
• •Interact with team members (sales, technical, finance departments)
• •Analyze traffic quality and performance metrics
• •Use CRM systems: Hyper (primary) and Bitrix (additional)

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or crypto
• •Clear understanding of traffic purchasing processes
• •Proficiency with CRM systems
• •Strong client communication skills
• •Results-oriented mindset
• •Ability to work with multiple sources and geo-targeting
• •Experience with quality traffic analysis
