Affiliate Manager / BizDev Network

We are seeking an experienced BizDev Network specialist to join our affiliate program team. Our partnership program drives traffic to both our own products and partner products, offering unique collaboration terms.

• •Search for and attract new promising partners; maintain daily communication and build long-term relationships
• •Work with traffic sales from internal buying and develop your own brand
• •Analyze partner performance and traffic quality, prepare reports, and develop plans for profit retention and growth
• •Participate in developing and implementing partnership network growth strategy (with the team)
• •Conduct reconciliations, agree on traffic and expenses, transfer payments to the finance manager
• •Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to identify new opportunities for partnership growth

• •1+ year of experience as Affiliate Manager/BizDev in Crypto sector
• •Understanding of monetization models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, etc.), traffic sources, key quality metrics, and ROI
• •Strong market knowledge: key players (affiliates, advertisers), current products and rates (Tier1, Tier2, Tier3)
• •Experience in negotiations and partnership agreement execution
• •Proficiency with CRM systems and analytical tools
• •Ability to prepare analytical reports on affiliate programs
• •English language level B1 or higher
