Affiliate Manager / BizDev Specialist

We are a dynamic holding company with growing projects and products specializing in creating an effective and profitable partner network in the Gambling industry. Our affiliate program directs traffic to both our own products and partner products, offering unique collaboration conditions.

• •Search for and attract new promising partners (affiliates), maintain daily communication and build long-term relationships
• •Analyze partner effectiveness and traffic quality, prepare reports and develop plans for profit retention and growth
• •Participate in developing and implementing partner network growth strategy (together with the team)
• •Conduct reconciliations, coordinate traffic and expenses, transfer payments to the financial manager
• •Monitor market trends and competitors, analyze market opportunities for expanding partner relationships

• •Minimum 1 year of experience as Affiliate Manager/BizDev in the Gambling sector
• •Understanding of monetization models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, etc.), traffic sources, and key quality and ROI metrics
• •Strong market knowledge: key players (affiliates, advertisers), current products and rates (Tier1, Tier2, Tier3)
• •Experience in negotiations and partnership agreement negotiations
• •Proficiency with CRM systems and analytical tools
• •Ability to prepare analytical reports on affiliate programs
• •English language level B1 or higher
