Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager specializing in crypto traffic acquisition. This is a remote/hybrid position based in Kyiv, focused exclusively on traffic purchasing and partner development.

• •Manage and scale affiliate partnerships for crypto offers
• •Source and onboard partners from Tier 1-2 and LATAM markets
• •Optimize traffic acquisition through native advertising, Facebook, Google, and other sources
• •Develop and execute unconventional partner sourcing strategies
• •Analyze traffic sources and performance metrics
• •Work with dynamic commission structures based on results

• •Minimum 1+ year of experience in crypto affiliate traffic buying
• •Proven track record as an Affiliate Manager or in traffic acquisition roles
• •Deep understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, Google, Native networks)
• •Existing partner network and database (networks, buying platforms)
• •Strong focus on Tier 1-2 and LATAM markets
• •English language proficiency: B2-C1 level (advantageous)
• •Ability to identify non-standard partner sourcing opportunities

• •Base salary: $1,500-$2,500+ USD
• •Commission: Fixed or dynamic percentage (up to 25%)
• •Individual conditions available for high performers
