Affiliate Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager specializing in crypto traffic acquisition. This is a remote/hybrid position based in Kyiv, focused exclusively on traffic purchasing and partner development.
Responsibilities
- •Manage and scale affiliate partnerships for crypto offers
- •Source and onboard partners from Tier 1-2 and LATAM markets
- •Optimize traffic acquisition through native advertising, Facebook, Google, and other sources
- •Develop and execute unconventional partner sourcing strategies
- •Analyze traffic sources and performance metrics
- •Work with dynamic commission structures based on results
Requirements
- •Minimum 1+ year of experience in crypto affiliate traffic buying
- •Proven track record as an Affiliate Manager or in traffic acquisition roles
- •Deep understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, Google, Native networks)
- •Existing partner network and database (networks, buying platforms)
- •Strong focus on Tier 1-2 and LATAM markets
- •English language proficiency: B2-C1 level (advantageous)
- •Ability to identify non-standard partner sourcing opportunities
Compensation & Terms
- •Base salary: $1,500-$2,500+ USD
- •Commission: Fixed or dynamic percentage (up to 25%)
- •Individual conditions available for high performers
- •Flexible compensation structures based on results
Work Environment
- •Network established for 2.5+ years in the market
- •Remote, hybrid, or office-based options in Kyiv
- •Focus on sustainable partnership growth in Tier 1-2 and LATAM regions
