Affiliate Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our crypto-focused team. This is an opportunity to work with a well-developed structure including support, technical, and financial teams.
Position Options
- •**Affiliate Manager** — Sales + Media Buying
- •**BizDev Manager** — Sales only
- •**Source Manager** — Media Buying only
Compensation & Benefits
- •Base rate from $1000+ per month
- •Commission up to 40%
- •Choice between fixed or dynamic percentage structure
- •Individual terms available based on high performance
- •Flexibility to specialize in sales OR media buying
Key Requirements
- •Minimum 1+ year of experience in crypto niche (Affiliate/BizDev positions)
- •Deep understanding of CPL, CPA, CRG payment models
- •Knowledge of various traffic sources and their specifics:
- •Native sources
- •Established partner network and database (brands/networks/buying platforms)
- •English language skills B1-B2 level (preferred)
Work Environment
- •Remote, Hybrid, or Office options available
- •Location: Kyiv
- •Access to developed support structure with tech and financial specialists
