About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to build and manage partnership relations within the crypto vertical. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, onboarding new affiliates, and optimizing collaboration for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience working in crypto vertical
•Proven track record of successful affiliate management in crypto industry
•English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher
•Own verified database of brands or websites (dual-sided partnerships are a significant plus)
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to analyze data and optimize partnership performance

Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships
•Onboard and support new affiliates through all stages of collaboration
•Integrate new partners while ensuring performance targets are met
•Analyze partnership data and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency
•Monitor and report on partnership metrics and ROI
•Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing partners
