Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager specializing in the crypto vertical to join our team in Kyiv. This role combines traffic arbitrage expertise with affiliate network management, offering opportunities to work with diverse geographic markets and high-performing partnerships.

• •Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the crypto vertical
• •Proven experience working with affiliate networks
• •English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• •Strong ability to work with diverse traffic sources
• •Experience in traffic quality analysis and control

• •Participate in industry conferences and networking events
• •Analyze and monitor traffic quality metrics
• •Prepare weekly performance reports
• •Source and acquire traffic through various channels
• •Manage traffic sales operations
• •Recruit and onboard new partners for crypto-related traffic operations
• •Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners across different geographic regions
