Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in gambling affiliate networks
•Strong contact base for traffic acquisition and sales
•English language proficiency (B2+ level)
•Comfortable taking responsibility and proposing innovative ideas

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and scale affiliate partnership programs
•Identify and recruit new partners through negotiations and deal-making
•Optimize operational processes and monitor payment flows
•Analyze campaign performance and prepare comprehensive reports
•Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
•Develop strategies to grow affiliate network revenue
