Affiliate Manager

We are an international product holding company and direct advertiser operating in the Gambling and Crypto verticals for over 5 years.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will work with thousands of partners worldwide, managing relationships and driving growth in the crypto and gambling space.

• •Search for and attract new partners, and maintain relationships with existing partners in the crypto and gambling verticals, primarily using CPA and CPL models
• •Interact with partners at all stages of collaboration
• •Conduct regular market analysis, identify new opportunities and trends to attract quality traffic
• •Collaborate with related departments
• •Attend industry conferences for networking purposes

• •Understanding of affiliate marketing specifics and experience working in gambling and crypto industries
• •English language proficiency B1-B2 level
• •Understanding of CPA/Revshare models
• •Experience with various traffic sources

• •Comfortable office located 5 minutes from Pecherskaya metro station, equipped with backup generators in case of blackouts, or remote work option
• •Above-market salary (base rate + percentage)
• •Working hours 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with lunch break and coffee breaks)
