Knowledge and Skills: • 1+ year of experience as a Manager in the Sweepstakes niche ; • Commercial experience with B2C products ; • Experience with Everflow/Keitaro will be an advantage ; • Full understanding of key metrics such as CPC, EPC, LP CR, etc. ; • Upper-intermediate English, both verbal and written ; • Experience in making data-driven decisions ; • Creative mindset ; • Excellent communication and writing skills, especially the ability to persuade others ; • Structured thinking and the ability to make data-driven busin
