Head of Google Farm Crypto
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Google Farm Crypto to lead and develop our Google Farm Department at DMND (Diamond). This is a remote position suitable for candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- •Build, manage, and develop the Google Farm Department
- •Search for and test new approaches to farming
- •Interact with Google buying teams and ensure stable pool of accounts according to their requirements
- •Oversee and optimize farm operations at scale
Requirements
- •1+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Head of Farm with management of farm teams of 20+ employees
- •3+ years of experience in Google account farming
- •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming (trust, limits, anti-fraud)
- •Strong leadership and team management skills
- •Knowledge of farming strategies and account optimization
