Head of VIP / Retention
About the Role
We are seeking a leader to build and manage VIP and Retention teams within our iGaming platform. You will have full autonomy to develop retention strategies, optimize key metrics, and drive player engagement through innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- •Build and lead VIP and Retention teams
- •Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies
- •Analyze and optimize key metrics: GGR, NGR, DAU, MAU, Bonus Rate, Turnover RR
- •Create customer segmentation frameworks
- •Launch and manage gamified player funnels
- •Drive player behavior insights and implement player retention initiatives
- •Establish processes that impact customer experience
- •Work cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, product, and support teams

- •Proven experience managing VIP/Retention teams in iGaming
- •Deep understanding of player behavior and retention mechanics
- •Strong systems thinking and team motivation skills
- •Track record of implementing strategies with measurable impact on customer experience
- •Ability to work with complex metrics and analytics
- •Results-oriented mindset with low tolerance for bureaucracy
