RedTrack is growing faster and is now looking for an specialist to join our friendly team. What you will be doing: - Assist with fundamental facets of RedTrack users and setting up client funnels; - Helping to identify client needs and meet the target results; - Support clients in configuring accounts; - Advise and train clients on the product usage; - Keep accurate notes and details on user requests and cases; - Communicate with team members regarding current/ongoing issues; - Work cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Sales teams.
