Senior Affiliate Manage ( Romania, Online Casino) For our client — a gambling consultancy company with over 15 years of experience we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join the team in the Bucharest, Romania office (relocation is supported by company). Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning: develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Set and achieve performance targets for revenue growth and ROI. Affiliate Program Management: Manage all aspects of the affiliate program, including onboarding new affiliates, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of affiliate activities. Communication and Relationship Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate initiatives with broader strategies.
