About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Team Lead Media Buyer to manage a high-performance team in the crypto arbitrage space. You'll oversee media buyers generating $10,000+ daily on Google Ads and $50,000–$150,000 monthly profit.
Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in Crypto vertical
- •Proven experience managing a team of 2+ media buyers
- •Demonstrated ROI of 150%+ with expertise in CPA, CPL, CPC metrics
- •Experience managing monthly budgets of $30,000+ with strategic allocation
- •Knowledge of anti-detect browsers, trackers, and moderation bypass techniques
- •Ability to test, scale, and maintain stable profitability
- •Skill in identifying new GEOs and launching high-converting campaigns
- •Understanding of arbitrage schemes and optimization strategies
