About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to build and manage a Media Buyers team in the Crypto vertical. You will lead a dynamic team working with major advertising platforms including Facebook, Google, Taboola, and Outbrain.
Key Responsibilities
- •Build and scale a Media Buyers team from the ground up
- •Develop and implement team strategy and best practices
- •Manage large advertising budgets across multiple platforms
- •Work with diverse geographic markets and optimize for different regions
- •Directly collaborate with advertisers without intermediaries
- •Lead team to achieve performance targets and revenue goals
- •Oversee team development and professional growth
What We're Looking For
- •Minimum 1 year of experience in media buying or team leadership
- •Proven experience building Media Buyers teams from scratch
- •Demonstrated success managing large advertising budgets
- •Deep understanding of Crypto vertical specifics and market dynamics
- •Flexibility to work across different geographic markets
- •Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- •Track record of successful case studies and campaigns
