Team Lead of Media Buying
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead in Media Buying for the crypto/FX vertical. Lead a strong team of media buyers and scale high-converting campaigns with unlimited budgets.
Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto/FX vertical and Facebook advertising
- •At least 1 year of Team Lead experience
- •Proven ability to manage daily spends of $10,000+ per buyer
- •Expertise in rapidly scaling volume while maintaining conversion quality
- •Strong analytical skills to monitor team performance metrics
- •Focus on both volume and traffic quality control
Responsibilities
- •Lead and manage a team of experienced media buyers
- •Monitor and optimize campaign performance and conversion metrics
- •Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- •Analyze team effectiveness and implement improvements
- •Manage budgets and spending optimization
