Team Lead of Media Buying
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage our media buying operations in the crypto and FX verticals. You will lead a team of strong, motivated buyers while overseeing high-volume campaigns with focus on both performance and traffic quality.
Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto, Facebook, or Google media buying verticals
- •At least 1 year of Team Lead experience
- •Proven ability to work with high spending budgets
- •Capability to rapidly scale volumes while maintaining stable conversion rates
- •Strong analytical skills to evaluate team performance
- •Control over not only spending and volumes, but also traffic quality metrics
