Team Lead of Media Buying
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Media Buying department specializing in Crypto/FX verticals. You will lead a team of talented media buyers, manage high-volume campaigns, and drive performance across Facebook and Google advertising platforms.
Required Experience
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto, Facebook, or Google media buying verticals
- •Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience
- •Proven ability to work with high spending budgets
- •Track record of rapidly scaling volumes while maintaining stable conversion rates
- •Strong analytical skills for evaluating team performance
- •Focus on controlling not just spend and volume, but also traffic quality
