HR Assistant
About the Role
We're looking for a creative and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team. This is NOT a recruitment-focused position, but rather a dynamic role supporting various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- •Execute special HR projects and initiatives with creative problem-solving approaches
- •Manage diplomatic relations with outsourcing companies
- •Support candidates through security clearance processes
- •Build relationships and strengthen our HR community brand
- •Attend industry meetups, conferences, and networking events in affiliate marketing and related fields to expand contacts, gather insights, and enhance team reputation
- •Develop creative HR strategies and initiatives
