HR Assistant

We're looking for an HR Assistant to join our vibrant HR team. This is not a typical recruitment role — you'll be taking on extraordinary HR missions and contributing to building a strong employer brand in the affiliate marketing community.

• •Execute special HR projects and initiatives
• •Manage diplomatic relations with outsourcing companies
• •Support candidates through all security clearance stages
• •Build relationships and develop the company's HR brand within the community
• •Attend meetups, conferences, and industry events in affiliate marketing to network, gather insights, and enhance company reputation
• •Take initiative on projects and drive responsibility
