HR Assistant
About the Role
We're looking for a creative and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team in Kyiv. This is NOT a recruiting position — you'll be working on diverse HR initiatives and special projects that keep the team dynamic and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- •Execute special HRD missions and projects
- •Manage diplomatic relations with outsourcing companies
- •Support candidates through security clearance stages
- •Build relationships and develop the company's HR brand reputation
- •Attend industry meetups, conferences, and networking events in the affiliate marketing and tech sectors
- •Network and gather insights to strengthen team connections and market presence

- •Organized, punctual, and reliable professional with personality
- •Comfortable taking initiative and responsibility
