About the Role
Top crypto arbitrage team is seeking a professional recruiter! If you have experience working as a recruiter in affiliate marketing and want to develop your career, this vacancy is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- •Close positions such as: Media Buyer, Team Lead, Affiliate Manager, Head of Media Buying, and similar roles
- •Conduct initial interviews with candidates
- •Onboarding and team integration of new hires
Requirements
- •HR/Recruiting experience of 1+ year minimum
- •Ability to close Middle/Senior level positions in the crypto vertical
- •Negotiation skills and candidate assessment abilities
- •Knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing sector
